Refund Policy |
| Up to 7 days prior to class dates, full refunds will be issued when accompanied by an original receipt. Up to 48 hours prior to class date, we will issue a class exchange with an original receipt. Less than 48 hours prior to class date, no refunds will be given. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original purchase payment only. |
| All refunds must be made in person at the store. No refunds can be transacted on the telephone. Classes purchased on the Rogue Chefs website, www.roguechefs.com are subject to a 24-hour waiting period before they can be returned or exchanged. |
| Rogue Chefs reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment. In the event of class cancellation, students will be notified and appropriate refunds will be issued. |
| Gift certificates are not refundable, but may be transferred to another person. |
