The wine list relies on the same two criteria as everything else at Rogue Chefs: craftsman-style and local first; craftsman-style and regional second. “The selection process for our wine list,” says Executive Chef Kevin Koebel, “is not the shotgun approach based on how many bottles we can get, but to carefully select vintners that re-interpret their terroir over and over to produce wines that represent the best of what’s happening right now.”

Our list has a global scope with highlights from vintners closer to home, showcasing intriguing selections from the Santa Cruz Mountains, Monterey and Carmel. Our menu changes frequently as we are constantly sourcing new wines for your enjoyment, therefore what is offered at the restaurant may differ from the menu shown below.
