Well, not only was your food safe (we had confidence that it was safe by sitting at the chef's table), but it was also one of the best meals we've had, ever... I was especially touched that on this, our "Valentine's Day" dinner, that you made the special effort to prepare a gluten free dessert that we shared. Thank you - it meant the world to me.
