Our crew wears many hats! Everyone at the Rogue
is urged to get involved in many aspects of the
business from making awesome natural food, tending
the wine bar, serving guests, taking new private
chef clients or maybe just saying a heartfelt “hey
how are you doing today” to someone walking
in the door. Most importantly, we want people
who love to interact with the clientel.
Where else can a professional chef go to work an 8
hour day preparing food that he/she creates from concept
and up, everyday something new, from local farms and
local fisherman. A place where that chef has a direct
line of feed back from the people actually eating their
product. Where else can a chef go to have the diversity
of wine dinners, cooking classes, private parties,
offsite events, private chef services and of course
wine tastings all within the same day?
